Coffee beans are beans roasted in Kishu Binchotan charcoal (Kilimanjaro) roasted in Kishu Binchotan in Wakayama Prefecture.
By roasting Kilimanjaro, which has a strong and refreshing taste, with Kishu Bincho charcoal, further thick and round bitterness has been added.
