Uses brand pork "Kishu Umebuta" grown with feed added plum vinegar in the nature of Kishu. It is characterized by its soft meat quality, without any habit.
Several kinds of fragrant spices enhance the taste of meat and add appetite for each bite.
Bread crumbs with herbs are added and baked savoryly, and the refreshing acidity and aroma of yuzu salt from Wakayama Prefecture add a pleasant accent to the taste.
