[Local Menu] Bonito Chazuke (breakfast)

One of the local dishes of Nanki, bonito chazuke.
In Mercure Wakayama Kushimoto Resort & Spa, bonito is baked and fragrant, and Wakayama's specialty Kanayamaji miso is used for special sesame sauce.
First of all, you can enjoy it twice by pouring broth.

[Local Menu] Sanma-zushi (dinner)

It is a local dish that has been eaten since ancient times in the Nanki region, where saury is salted and put on vinegared rice with vinegar. The combination of saury umami and refreshing vinegared rice is an exquisite match. Please take it as it is.

[Local Menu] Chicken Kinzanji Miso-yaki (Dinner)

Kinzanji miso originated in Wakayama Prefecture.
Please enjoy the deep taste of fresh chicken and rich Kanayamaji miso woven.

Nokke-don (breakfast)

I pickled seafood in a special pickled saucer.
Please put it on rice with your favorite condiments and enjoy the original bowl.

Roast beef (dinner)

Carefully selected beef is cooked slowly and at low temperature, making it moist and soft texture. It is a dish where you can enjoy the flavor of the meat with an exquisite balance between the original flavor of the red body and the moderate fat.
It is also recommended to add sauces as you like, or enjoy arranging with buffet salads and breads.

Bliss Ket (Dinner)

The very popular Bliss Ket reappears.
Roast dish with a moist red body and moderate fat flavor that has been cooked for more than 6 hours. Combined with buffet pita bread and salad, you can also enjoy your own pita bread sandwich.

Beef shabu-shabu (dinner)

We have prepared "Shabu-shabu" where you can enjoy your favorite vegetables and meat with hot soup stock. Please enjoy the taste of the material.
