[Local Menu] Bonito Chazuke (Breakfast)

One of the local dishes of Nanki, bonito chazuke.
In Mercure Wakayama Kushimoto Resort & Spa, bonito is beaten and scented, and the specialty sesame sauce is made from Wakayama's famous Kanayamaji miso.
First of all, you can enjoy it twice by pouring soup stock.

[Local Menu] Sanma sushi (dinner)

It is a local dish that has been eaten since ancient times in the Nanki region, where saury is salted and put on vinegared rice with vinegar. The combination of saury umami and refreshing vinegared rice is an exquisite match. Please enjoy it as it is.

[Local Menu] Chicken Kanayama-dera miso-yaki (dinner)

Uses Kanayama-dera miso, which originated in Wakayama.
Please enjoy the deep taste of refreshing chicken and rich Kanayamaji miso woven.

Nokke-don (Breakfast)

I pickled seafood in a special pickling saucer.
Please put it on rice with your favorite condiments and enjoy the original bowl.

Roast beef (dinner)

Carefully carefully selected beef is cooked at low temperature to create a moist and soft texture. It is a dish that allows you to fully enjoy the flavour of the meat with an exquisite balance of the original flavor of the red meat and the moderate fat.
It is also recommended to add a sauce if you like, or enjoy arranging it with a buffet salad or bread.

Bliss Ket (Dinner)

The very popular Bliss Ket reappears.
A roast dish that has been burned for more than 6 hours, with a moist red body and a moderate fat flavor. You can also enjoy your own pitapan sandwich in combination with a buffet pitapan or salad.

Beef shabu-shabu (dinner)

Eggplant and chicken spicy ankake (dinner)

Please enjoy fried eggplant and chicken, which are in season in autumn, with an bean paste containing Minamikoume.
