■Nagaku Ginsei Storage
As the name suggests, Nagahisa's 'Ginnama' is a raw sake of Ginjoshu. Ginjo sake with a light aroma and a refreshing taste.
■Superku Junmai Ginjo
Yamada nishiki is used for kojimai, and Omachi is used for kakemai. Junmai Ginjo sake with mild and gentle fragrance.

■Shiomisaki (Ginjoshu)
It is a light, rich, and harmonious ginjo sake prepared by the brewery at the southernmost tip of Honshu over time.
■Kumano Miyama (Ginjoshu)
It is the only brewery in the Kumano Miyama area, a world heritage site, and is a traditional handmade ginjo sake that pumps the underground water of the Kumano River, which originates from the sacred mountain Oku Kumano, and carefully polished Yamada Nishiki.
■Pacific Ocean (Junmaishu)
It is a gem that draws up the underground water of the Kumano River and brewed by traditional handmade, with a rich aroma that perfectly harmonizes the umami even in the neat.
